Suzhou NanoGrid Technology Co., Ltd. is a company that focuses on the development of nano-flexible manufacturing and printed electronics technologies and their related products. Dr. Cui Zheng, the chairman of the company, has worked in the Microelectronics Center of the University of Cambridge and the Microstructure Center of Rutherford National Laboratory for 20 years, and has been engaged in research and development in the field of micro nano processing and manufacturing technology for a long time. In September 2009, it was selected into the second batch of national“ Thousand Talents Plan” (innovative, long-term), and returned home full-time to join Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology, CAS, and established the first domestic research center for printing and electronic technology. In order to promote micro nano processing technology and printing and electronic technology from scientific research to industrialization as soon as possible, Dr. Cui Zheng founded Suzhou NanoGrid Technology Co., Ltd. in January 2011. Since its establishment, the company has successively developed new flexible transparent conductive film technology and new gas sensor technology based on nano material printing. The printing nano silver metal grid flexible transparent conductive film developed by the company has a series of advantages, such as high conductivity, high transparency, simple manufacturing process, green environmental protection and low cost. It can replace the current ITO transparent conductive film and be applied to mobile phones and tablet computer touch screens.
This technology of the company has achieved mass production in Nanchang Oufeiguang, a leading enterprise in domestic touchscreen production, by means of transfer. After the successful development of nano printing flexible transparent conductive film technology, Nager turned to the development of gas sensor technology based on printing functional nano materials. The company has undertaken and completed the industrial support project in Jiangsu Province. The formaldehyde sensor based on nano materials developed by the company has ultra-high sensitivity. On this basis, the company successfully developed a micro hotplate suitable for catalytic combustion gas sensors. Based on this new technology, the company cooperates with SAIC to develop a MEMS type vehicle scale hydrogen sensor for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. This type of sensor has passed the tests of major domestic fuel cell and vehicle enterprises, and will be delivered in batches in 2020. Based on this technology, the company has successively developed combustible gas sensors, air quality sensors, temperature sensors, flow sensors, gas sensor testing systems, gas analyzers and other products. After years of development, the company has accumulated more than 30 patents in the sensor field, including more than 20 authorized patents. In 2019, the company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In March 2021, the company passed the ISO 9001 quality system certification.
