HNF-H2 is a hydrogen concentration sensor based on the thermal conductivity principle, which is suitable for detecting hydrogen concentration. The sensor consists of a detection element chip (HNF-H2-CS) and a compensation element chip (HNF-H2-CR). It is characterized by fast response time (< 1s), low power consumption, long life, large measuring range, high measurement accuracy, high stability and reliability, and low cost. Since hydrogen has the highest thermal conductivity among all known gases, it is possible to detect the hydrogen concentration by detecting the change of thermal conductivity of hydrogen mixture. This sensor chip is applicable to hydrogen concentration detection and leakage real-time monitoring in places such as hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, hydrogen supply, hydrogen fuel cell, lithium battery thermal failure, etc. The detection range of hydrogen concentration is 0-100000ppm.
